Candidate Submissions
When we find a qualified candidate who is interested in a client's opportunity, we learn everything about the candidate to ensure a proper match.
We provide our clients with a thorough and comprehensive synopsis of the candidate's background and experience along with the resume or CV. In addition we explore our candidate's accomplishments, skills, management style, family commitments, relocation issues, compensation (current and expected) and an assessment of the fit with your company and its culture. We thoroughly check references on final candidates, and if there are lingering concerns from the client, we will continue checking until we have all the answers we need to make the right hiring decision.
We are also counselors in the areas of compensation and relocation package and assist our client in the negotiation as needed.
Negotiation
We discuss compensation with candidates very early in the search process to prevent last minute surprises. Our clients know where each candidate stands with regard to compensation and if necessary, relocation, prior to interviewing them.
Closing out the search
At the end of each search, we close out all candidates that were submitted to our client. This ensures that the candidate experience is positive. In addition, we provide a final report delineating all candidates contacted during the search, their status, etc. Often our clients make subsequent hires with no extra fee from candidates we sourced on a given search.
