Nicole J. Webber, President

Most recently, as a Partner with Savant Consulting, Nicole excelled at building organizations and was successful in closing numerous executive level positions in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Strategic Planning groups at Genentech, Inc.
Nicole also has extensive search experience with smaller and start-up biotech companies, including BiPar Sciences, Sutro Biopharma, Freed & Associates, and CV Therapeutics. Her broad knowledge of Human Resources is a value add to her clients as she is able to project manage significant events, including Open Houses, Career Fairs, and cradle to grave staffing solutions for companies experiencing rapid growth.
In 1990 Nicole joined the Human Resources Department at Genentech in the Employment Group which supported the Process Sciences, Facilities, Engineering and Manufacturing groups. She was a member of the Research Recruiting Committee, a group of Genentech's Executive Research staff responsible for recruiting top scientific talent to Genentech.
In 1994 she joined Artemis Search, search firm focused on the biopharma sector as Research Manager and in 1996 she founded SciQuest Research. In 1999, Nicole launched Kinetic Search, a full service executive search firm dedicated to the biopharma arena, where she successfully managed senior-level searches in all areas, including Research, Development, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, Engineering and Manufacturing.
Nicole holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Lynne White, Vice President of Life Science Client Services

Lynne has more than ten years of experience working with biotech, human resources, and technology companies. In her most recent projects, she developed customer marketing programs for the Enterprise Resource Planning systems at Taleo, PeopleSoft and Oracle.
Lynne has expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems including Recruiting, Learning Management, Performance Management and Workforce Analytics. She has successfully recruited and developed relationships with customers across multiple industries, including Pfizer, Cisco, 7 -Eleven, ConocoPhillips and WellPoint. These companies contributed valuable insights and endorsements of HCM products she represented.
As a Project Manager and Recruiter at Kinetic Search, Lynne managed candidate searches for a full-service executive search firm. She consistently placed highly qualified candidates in biopharma positions, including those in Development, Research, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Engineering.
At Genentech, Lynne consulted with the HR and IT divisions to create communication vehicles that would help employees transition from paper to electronic manufacturing and regulatory systems.
Lynne graduated from California State University, Chico with a B.A. in Humanities and a minor in Communication Design.
Erin Boyd, Vice President of Staffing Solutions

Erin has 18 years experience in human resources management and executive search, predominantly in life sciences, advertising, and high-tech industries.
She has held senior management positions with extensive responsibilities relating to corporate growth strategy, change management, employee development and has focused extensively on talent acquisition.
Erin has innovated recruiting both as an inside HR professional and as a consultant to leading bio-pharma clients first by understanding the market, candidates, and negotiations, then by streamlining the selection and recruitment process.
With her strong corporate perspective of management impacts, business strategy and turnover trending, she is able to provide external candidates with realistic opportunities and expectations resulting not just in individual placements but team building that enables her client companies to achieve their goals.
Prior to joining Prescience Consulting, Erin served as Associate Director Human Resources for Vaxgen. At Vaxgen, she led staffing as well as change management and then eventual downsizing and outsourcing of laid-off employees. She has extensive domain expertise in staffing for life science clients, across all functions including QA/QC, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Engineering, Commercial, Medical Affairs and R&D.
Prior to her consulting experiences, Erin was involved with corporate Human Resources and recruiting for major branding teams at Ogilyv & Mather, market research teams at IRI and building teams for the cosmetic/spa company, Blissworld, LLC.
Erin has designed and implemented web based applicant tracking, screening, and selection systems and she has led culture and leadership initiatives.
Erin was a speaker at the October 2006 HR Biotech conference in Las Vegas "The Recruiting Cycle-Fine Tune & Enhance Your Current Process".
Heidi Long, Director of Research

Heidi Long began her research career in the library world--working at special, academic, and school libraries to gather information for patrons with many varied projects and interests. In 2005, she brought her talents to the executive search industry, where she has managed research projects for clients in the Research, Development, Clinical, Regulatory, Legal, Engineering and Manufacturing fields.
Holding a Masters of Library and Information Science from San Jose State University and a Bachelors of Art in Literature from UC Santa Cruz, she has the training and experience to gather information to effectively manage searches and locate top talent.
